Through its Policy and Advocacy program, the foundation will support efforts in the areas of built environment, transportation, housing, social and civic participation and inclusion, employment, communications and information, and community support and health services.

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation seeks to expand educational opportunities and advance the education of students with financial need. The Academic Achievement Program provides grants to organizations that provide summer enrichment, promote advanced learning through Advanced Placement classes, or support talent development.

Bush Foundation– Community Innovation Grants (Deadline: Rolling)

City of San Antonio Metro Health District- Epidemiology Health Program Manager (San Antonio, TX)
The Epidemiology Health Program Manager is responsible for performing administrative level work managing a division for the Epidemiology Program, including the administration of health related programs for the Department, which entails monitoring budget, reporting on grant deliverables, and grant renewals. The Program Manager also represents the Department in meetings and exercises direct supervision over assigned staff in the Epidemiology Program.

NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene- Asthma Coordinator (Public Health Educator) (New York, NY)
The Asthma Coordinator collaborate on development of public awareness campaigns, convene and coordinate agency-wide asthma workgroup meetings, collaborate with Division of Epidemiology on development of an asthma indicator database and/or portal as well as data surveillance reports, work with other program directors to develop asthma-related data collection for all agency surveys, and track grant and funding opportunities, among other responsibilities.

The person in this position assists the schools in the development of appropriate educational programs for students by conducting full individual evaluations, providing direct counseling, consultative psychological services, and conducting and/or participating in ARD meetings for students.

The nurse will engage in assessment, planning, providing interventions, and evaluation as directed by the district certified school nurses to deliver care to students. The nurse will also implement and document plan of care for each student as designed and agreed upon.
