Department of Health and Human Services- Empowered Communities for a Healthier Nation Initiative (Deadline: 08/01/17)
The ECI program is intended to provide support for minority and/or disadvantaged communities disproportionately impacted by the opioid epidemic, childhood/adolescent obesity, or serious mental illness. It seeks to prevent opioid abuse, increase access to opioid treatment and recovery services, and reduce the health consequences of opioid abuse; reduce obesity prevalence and disparities in weight status among children and adolescents; and reduce the impact of serious mental illness and improve screening for serious mental illness at the primary care level.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma– Healthy Kids, Healthy Families (Deadline: 09/01/17)
The program awards grants to organizations that share Blue Cross Blue Shield’s goal to improve the health and wellness of children through nutrition education, physical activity, disease prevention and management, or fostering safe environments. Programs must target children in Oklahoma.

JRM Construction Management- Community Impact Grants (Deadline: 08/01/17)
JRM Construction Management will award three Community Impact Grants of up to $25,000 each to eligible nonprofits that address the areas of health, education and youth services, and housing and food security. Programs should focus on local projects in New York City, Westchester County, and Long Island, New York.

The School Psychology Specialist serves as a specialist within the Special Education Department to assist in screening students being considered for referral to special education, conducting formal and informal evaluations, establishing the need for and eligibility of students for special services as defined by IDEA. The School Psychology Specialist is responsible for interpreting evaluation results, and recommending appropriate accommodations and modifications for students with disabilities to achieve success in the general education curriculum and in the least restrictive environment.
