The Tufts Health Plan Foundation supports nonprofit organizations serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island in their work to improve systems and best practices that influence and ultimately result in healthy communities and age-friendly cities. To advance this mission, the foundation is accepting Letters of Intent for policy and advocacy initiatives aimed at building healthy communities. Through its Policy and Advocacy program, the foundation will support efforts in the areas of built environment, transportation, housing, social and civic participation and inclusion, employment, communications and information, and community support and health services.

Award amounts vary.
