The mission of the Moses Taylor Foundation is to improve the health and wellness of residents of and communities in Northeast Pennsylvania. In pursuit of this mission, the foundation invests in the areas of primary health care for the economically disadvantaged, mental and behavioral health, dental care and oral health, healthcare workforce, and human services. The foundation offers operating grants, program grants, capital grants, and capacity building grants.

Award amounts vary. However, small discretionary grants up to $20,000 are reviewed and offered on a rolling basis.
