The Boston Scientific Foundation is accepting proposals for programs or projects that aim to improve the health of those with significant unmet needs by enhancing access to and the quality of care, or through disease prevention and awareness efforts. Priority will be given to programs related to diagnostic, prevention, and treatment services for non-communicable diseases. All proposals must address the needs of underserved populations in Spencer, Indiana; Boston, Marlborough, or Quincy, Massachusetts; Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota; and Fremont, San Jose, or Valencia, California.

Award amounts vary.
