Deadline: January 31, 2017

The American Academy of Pediatrics’ Community Access to Child Health program (CATCH) offers planning and implementation grants to individual pediatricians to plan community-based initiatives that help to ensure that children have access to healthcare services not otherwise available in their community. Planned initiatives should incorporate connecting children to medical homes and available insurance programs.

Grants will be in awards of up to $10,000. All pediatricians are eligible to apply.

Please Note: The Center for Health and Health Care in Schools (CHHCS) does not administer this funding opportunity.
