Allstate Foundation – Safe Communities, Economic Empowerment and Tolerance Grants
The Allstate Foundation supports national and local programs in the following focus areas: 1) Safe and vital communities; 2) Economic empowerment; and 3) Tolerance, inclusion and diversity. Under safe and vital communities, projects should address catastrophe response, youth anti-violence, neighborhood revitalization or teen safe driving. For the economic empowerment focus area, projects should address financial and economic literacy, insurance education or empowerment for victims of domestic violence. The tolerance, inclusion and diversity projects should address teaching tolerance to youth, ending hate crimes or alleviating discrimination.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations under Section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Award amounts vary.
