Riverside Community Health Foundation – Community Health Grants (Riverside, CA)
The Riverside Community Health Foundation supports proposals that improve the health of residents within Riverside, California. In particular, the Foundation is interested in supporting projects that increase access to needed healthcare services and improve health education and prevention in the community in the Riverside City.
Award amounts vary. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) organizations, schools, or government agencies. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate their ability to cooperate and partner with other organizations, implement the project, and evaluate the effect of the project.
