Robert Wood Johnson Foundation  - Ladder to Leadership: Developing the Next Generation of Community Health Leaders

Ladder to Leadership: Developing the Next Generation of Community Health Leaders is a collaborative initiative of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation that aims to improve the leadership capacity of community-based nonprofit organizations serving vulnerable populations. Ladder to Leadership focuses on developing critical leadership competencies for early- to mid-career professionals through a 16-month leadership development curriculum. This program is delivered in nine priority communities (Eastern, NC; Portland, OE; Mid South- Western TN; Eastern, AR; Northern, MI; NJ; and Starr County, TX)

Eligible applicants include professionals employed at a community-based, health, or health-related nonprofit or government organization that serves vulnerable populations, who can commit to a 16-month leadership development curriculum, and have support of the organization’s executive director.

Deadline: Varies according to priority community
