The Women Helping Others (WHO) Foundation supports organizations serving the needs of women and children the United States and Puerto Rico. Priority areas include projects and programs addressing health and social service needs.
Awards of $1,000-$40,000 will be available. Eligible entities must have 501(c)(3) status and must have been incorporated for a minimum of three years prior to applying. Preference is given to organizations with an operating budget of $3 million or less, those not dependent upon government grants, and those with greater organizational program costs than personnel costs.
