The Wayne Memorial Health Foundation’s Community Mini-Grants are geared towards organizations focused on injury, disease prevention, and treatment and the promotion of good health for residents in the Wayne Memorial Health Systems Areas.
Eligible applicants include organizations with IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status and those that submit their group’s non-discriminatory policy and demonstration that they are not duplicating any unnecessary services in the community.
Deadline: June 30, 2009
