U.S. Department of Health and Human Services -- Community Partnerships to Eliminate Health Disparities Demonstration Grant Program

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is accepting applications for its Community Partnerships to Eliminate Health Disparities Demonstration Grant Program. The purpose of the program is to support projects that improve the health status of minority populations through emphasizing prevention.

Award amounts range from $200,000 to $250,000 per year. Eligible applicants include, but are not limited to the following: public and state controlled institutions of higher education, special district governments, public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities, city or township governments, Native American tribal governments independent school districts, and nonprofit organizations.

Deadline: July 11, 2007
