Robert Wood Johnson Foundation – The Local Funding Partnerships Annual Grantmaking Program
With the Local Funding Partnerships (LFP) Annual Grantmaking Program, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation partners with local funders to support new, ambitious projects that will address the specific health issues affecting their communities.
The LFP provides grants of $200,000 to $500,000 per project, which is matched by local grantmakers, including community foundations, family foundations, and corporate grantmakers. Projects have to be nominated by a local funder. Eligible projects include new, innovative, and community-based initiatives. Eligible applicants include public entities or non-profit organizations that are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
