Department of Education - The Carol M. White Physical Education Program
The purpose of this funding is to initiate, expand, and improve physical education programs in schools. Competitive priority is given to programs that collect aggregate BMI data to monitor health and fitness and the involvement of community partners.
Awards ranging from $100,000 to $750,000 are available for up to 93 applicants. Local education agencies and community-based organizations are eligible to apply.
