Best Buy -- Teach Awards
The Best Buy Company is accepting applications for its Teach Awards grant program. The purpose of the program is to support use of interactive technology in K-12 schools by rewarding schools that enable students to use technology to learn standards-based curriculum in programs with available technology.
Awards will range from $1,000 to $5,000 based on specific school needs. $10,000 will be awarded to up to 15 applicants supporting 9th grade programs. All accredited, nonprofit K-12 public, private, parochial and charter schools within the U.S. and Puerto Rico are eligible to apply.
Deadline: October 12, 2008
