U.S. Department of Health and Human Services -- State Implementation Grants for Integrated Community Systems for Children with Special Health Care Needs

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is accepting applications for its State Implementation Grants for Integrated Community Systems for Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) grant program to support inclusive community-based systems of services.

Award amounts are $50,000-$300,000. Eligible applicants include any public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization, and faith- and community-based organizations.

Deadline: February 1, 2008
