U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – National Center on School-Based Health Care Cooperative Agreement Program Grant
The National Center on School-Based Health Care (NCSBHC) Cooperative Agreement Program provides current, evidence-based information, resources and technical assistance to school-based health centers to improve their capabilities and quality of care. NCSBHC identifies emerging issues and develops models of interagency and multidisciplinary collaboration for providing mental and physical health services to students.
Any public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal
organization is
eligible to apply. An applicant organization
must have significant experience at the national level in a variety of
substantive efforts relevant to school health. Applications that fail
to demonstrate such experience will not be considered. One award of $250,000 will be granted to the project over five years.
