The program will award $89,000 a year to nine qualified individuals for two-year fellowships at one of three nationally prominent universities. Eligible applicants must have received a doctoral degree after January 1, 2005, but no later than July 2010. For those expecting to receive degrees in 2010, all degree requirements must be completed by July 15, 2010. All applicants must be citizens of the United States or its territories or have permanent residency status at the time of application. The program invites recent graduates of doctoral programs in economics, political science, and sociology, including junior faculty, to apply.
