The Colorado Rural Health Care Grant Program focuses on supporting the rural health infrastructure and strengthening the capacity of rural entities to provide primary care services now and in the future. Past award recipients include the Aspen Hope Center and the Chafee People’s Clinic.
Awards of up to $50,000 per applicant will be available. Eligible entities include organizations that provide outpatient primary care services, including medical, oral and mental health services, to underserved people in rural Colorado.
Deadline: January 13, 2012 (Intent to Apply)
