Grant Alert Detail

Grants awarded through the Responsive Grants Program support Community Memorial Foundation’s mission to measurably improve the health of people who live and work in the western suburbs of Chicago, and its vision of a healthy community in which all persons have access to coordinated health and human services.

CMF is accepting requests for program or general operating support of up to $25,000, and requests for program support of more than $25,000. Organizations with 501(c)(3) status serving the Foundation’s target communities in Chicago are eligible to apply.

Deadline: March 31, 2012
