Centers for Disease Control and Prevention - Reducing Teen Pregnancy through Family Planning Grants
The purpose of the Reducing Teen Pregnancy through Family Planning Grants program is to demonstrate the effectiveness of innovative, multi-component, community-wide initiatives in preventing teen pregnancy and reducing rates of teen births.  A special focus will be on Latino and African American youth between ages 15-19.  All adolescents will be eligible to participate in program services regardless of race, ethnicity, or sexual identity.

$50 million is available for 12 grants.  Public and private nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply.
