Premier Health Care Alliance - Premier Cares Award

Premier Health Care Alliance is offering funds to community agencies and health organizations that support people underserved by the mainstream health delivery system: homeless children, pregnant teens, low-income mothers and infants, farm workers, or individuals who do not have the strength or means to reach a clinic or hospital.

The award winner will receive $70,000, with an additional $120,000 divided among five runners-up. Applicants must be either a public or private nonprofit organization, able to show measurable benefits/outcomes covering a full two-year span prior to July 30, 2010, and the program must be capable of being replicated.

Deadline: July 30, 2010
