Pride Foundation -- Northwest States Gay and Lesbian Programs (Pacific Northwest) The Pride Foundation is accepting applications for its Northwest States Gay and Lesbian grant program. The purpose of the program is to fund organizations that help the Pacific Northwest's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender in the following categories: education, advocacy and outreach; HIV/AIDS; arts and recreation; youth and family services; lesbian health; and other health and community services. Award amounts are up to $5,000. Eligible applicants include organizations with 501(c)(3) status or organizations that are affiliated with an organization that has 501(c)(3) status who will assume fiscal responsibility for all funds received and expended, and are within the Pacific Northwest areas indicated on the grant application. Deadline: August 24, 2007 Please Note: The Center for Health and Health Care in Schools (CHHCS) does not administer this funding opportunity.
