Mid-Iowa Health Foundation -- Community Response Grant (Central Iowa)
The Mid-Iowa Health Foundation is accepting applications for its Community Response Grant program. The purpose of the program is to support projects that address community healthcare safety net systems, preventive health services, childhood obesity/healthy weight, mental health, or oral health.
Grants range in size from $15,000 to $40,000. Eligible applicants include tax exempt 501(c)3 and/or 509(a) non-profit organizations supporting residents of the central Iowa counties of Polk, Warren, and/or Dallas.
Deadline: October 1, 2007
