The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health -- Johnson & Johnson Community Health Care Program (Arizona, Mississippi, New Mexico, and South Carolina)
The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is accepting applications for its Johnson & Johnson Community Health Care Program. The purpose of the program is to support community-based health initiatives that focus on improving the quality of health care services to medically underserved populations, particularly child and adolescent populations.
Award amounts are $150,000 non-renewable, two-year grants ($75,000 per year). Eligible applicants are nonprofit 501(c)(3) community-based health care organizations in Arizona, Mississippi, New Mexico, and South Carolina targeting rural populations and ethnic-minority populations at high risk for or experiencing high rates of diabetes and obesity.
