The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation -- Partners Investing in Nursing’s Future
Partners Investing in Nursing's Future, a collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Northwest Health Foundation, addresses nursing issues at the community level through funding partnerships with local and regional foundations. These funds create a financial incentive for local and regional communities to work on nursing workforce issues.
Up to 10 awards of up to $250,000 each will be made for projects lasting up to two years. Eligible foundations are those classified as exempt under Section 501(c)3 as a public charity or private foundation, a nonexempt charitable trust treated as a private foundation under Section 4947(a)1, or organizations that claim status as private operating foundations under section 4942(j)3 or (5) of the Internal Revenue code.
