The Tufts Health Plan Foundation supports programs that promote healthy lifestyles and the delivery of quality health care throughout Massachusetts, with a particular focus on disparities, nursing faculty education and health consumer education.
Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations serving residents in Massachusetts.
