The Morris & Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation is dedicated to improving communities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Foundation is offering grants for programs for improving the community in four program areas: Arts and Humanities, Community Services, Education, and Health.
Award amounts vary. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) 509(a)1 or 509(a)(2) nonprofit organizations that serve residents in the District of Columbia, Prince George's and Montgomery Counties in Maryland, Arlington and Fairfax Counties, and the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church in Virginia.
