Illinois Children’s Healthcare Foundation -- Building Mental/Behavioral Health Service Capacity in Primary Care Settings (Illinois)

The Illinois Children’s Healthcare Foundation is accepting applications for its Building Mental/Behavioral Health Service Capacity in Primary Care Settings grant program. The purpose of this program is to support projects that augment an existing medical home for children with the addition or expansion of mental/behavioral health services such as through adding staff, space (construction-related costs), or equipment.

Award amounts are up to $200,000. Eligible applicants include 501(c)3 organizations under section 509(a)(1),(2), or (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or a governmental entity described in Code section 170(c)(1) or 511(a)(2)(B) within Illinois that provide licensed mental/behavioral health services.

Deadline: July 27, 2007
