American Medical Association Foundation - Healthy Living Grant Program
The American Medical Association Foundation is awarding grants to organizations focused on one of the following areas: nutrition/physical fitness; alcohol, substance abuse and smoking prevention; or violence prevention.
Grants of up to $5,000 will be awarded. The AMA Foundation typically awards between 15-25 grants. Eligible organizations must be a nonprofit organization in existence for at least one year; have an annual operating budget of $500,000 or less; the project target audience must be an underserved and/or at-risk population; and the project target audience must be youth/young adults between the ages of 2-21.
