The BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Health Foundation - Healthy Lifestyle Grants (Tennessee)
The BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Health Foundation is awarding grants that improve health, public education, and economic development. The Foundation is seeking to fund projects that are solution-oriented and can be closely tracked with quantitative impact in the state of Tennessee. The specific funding focus areas are: children's health, infant mortality, and childhood obesity; patient safety and quality improvement; and the uninsured.
Award amounts vary. Letters of inquiry may be submitted at any time, and invited proposals are reviewed three times per year in May, January, and December. Applicants must be nondiscriminatory, serve communities within Tennessee, and be a 501 (c)(3) qualified public charity.
