St. Luke's Health Initiatives - Health in a New Key Partnership Grants (Arizona)
St. Luke's Health Initiatives (SLHI) is a public foundation focused on Arizona health policy and strength-based community development, with much of their work primarily done in Maricopa County. SLHI is offering grants to organizations looking for partnerships in implementing programs which support and develop he community and are working on value-based health system change initiatives.
Award amounts vary. Eligible applicants are people or community-based organizations looking for partnerships to help develop their cause.
