Dignity Health (formerly Catholic Healthcare West) is currently accepting letters of inquiry for its Community Grants program. Organizations that receive grant funds are working to improve access to jobs, housing, food, education, and health care for people in low-income and minority communities. Grant funds are to be used to provide services to underserved populations.
Multiple grants of up to $50,000 are available to select applicants. Nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply.
Deadline: August 19, 2012
