The Health Trust -- Health Partnership Grants (Santa Clara and Northern San Benito Counties, CA)
The Health Trust is accepting applications for its Health Partnership Grants program. The purpose of this program is to improve long-term community health and wellness through supporting collaborations between non-profit organizations and a hospital sponsor designated by The Health Trust for projects focused on the Health Trust’s wellness priorities, such as obesity prevention for at-risk children.
Award amounts will vary. Eligible applicants include nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations in Santa Clara and Northern San Benito Counties, CA.
