Connelly Foundation -- Health Grants (PA)

To achieve its mission of improving the quality of life for individuals living in and around Philadelphia, the Connelly Foundation provides grants toward costs associated with programs, direct services, general operations and capital projects in the health field. Funding areas include: compassionate services that provide food, shelter and clothing, access to primary health care for the underinsured, and provisions to ensure safety and mobility for those who are physically disabled.

Funding is available for 501(c)3 organizations and institutions in Pennsylvania that are based in and serving Philadelphia and/or the counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and the City of Camden.

Deadline: Rolling
