The Wellmark Foundation - Health Grants (Iowa and South Dakota)
The Wellmark Foundation is a nonprofit foundation that seeks to improve the health of Iowans, South Dakotans, and their communities. The Foundation provides support to nonprofit organizations and public entities to help local communities establish or expand health initiatives. The Foundation is currently focusing on childhood obesity prevention and community-based wellness and prevention.
Award amounts vary. Funding is limited to Iowa and South Dakota-based projects and organizations. Applicants must be classified as either a 501 (c) 3 organization or a governmental entity.
