Wellmark Foundation – Growing up LEAN Grant (Iowa and South Dakota)
The Wellmark Foundation seeks to identify viable childhood obesity prevention efforts that can be incorporated into home, childcare, school and community settings to include healthy eating and appropriate physical activity.
Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations in Iowa and South Dakota that are not private foundations under Section 509(a). A maximum award amount will be $150,000 per project spread over the proposed funding duration/award period.
