The Heckscher Foundation for Children -- Grants to Serve Youth (New York, NY)
The Heckscher Foundation for Children’s Grants to Serve Youth promote the welfare of children, primarily in New York City. Funding is available for organizations serving youth in the fields of education, family services, job training, health, arts and recreation. The Foundation’s giving takes the form of program support, capacity-building, capital projects and general operating support.
Award amounts vary. Eligible organizations must have a nonprofit, tax-exempt classification under 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
