The Health Trust -- Good Samaritan Grants (Santa Clara and Northern San Benito Counties, CA)
The Health Trust is accepting applications for its Good Samaritan Grants program. The purpose of the program is to support short-term, grass roots health, prevention, and wellness services and/or health education for underserved populations in Santa Clara County and Northern San Benito, California, especially evidence-based environmental approaches to obesity prevention and other wellness-oriented activities/services. Award amounts are up to $25,000. Eligible applicants include tax-exempt, nonprofit organizations in Santa Clara and the 95045, 95023, and 95024 zip codes of San Benito Counties, California.
