The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) seeks to establish a Center of Excellence for Food Safety Research in Child Nutrition Programs. The USDA is offering research grants for food safety in the areas of foodservice management, food safety, food microbiology, agricultural production, education, psychology, sociology, research design, and statistics.
Award amounts vary. Institutions of higher education are eligible to apply.
