The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) is offering grants for enhancing community-based care for Americans with disabilities. The purpose of this grant is to fund programs that improve statewide, family-run centers providing information, education, technical assistance, and peer support.
A total of $3,900,000 in grants will be offered with a limit of $95,700 per recipient. Eligible applicants are organizations within the 41 states that will not have a center funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau as of June 1, 2011.
