Migration Policy Institute - The E Pluribus Unum Prize National Awards Program

The Migration Policy Institute (MPI) is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit think tank located in Washington, DC whose focus is to study the movement of people worldwide. MPI is giving out the E Pluribus Unum Prize to exceptionally successful immigrant integration initiatives. The National Awards program seeks to reward efforts that help immigrants and their children join the mainstream of US society or that bring immigrants and the native-born together to build stronger, more cohesive communities.

Four $50,000 prizes are given each year. Individuals, nonprofit and community organizations, businesses, religious groups, and government entities, agencies or officials operating in the United States are eligible to apply.
