Youth Service America and Walt Disney Company -- Disney Minnie Grants
The Youth Service America and Walt Disney Company are accepting
applications for the Disney Minnie Grants program. The purpose of the
program is to support youth (ages 5-14)-led service projects focused on
the environment, disaster relief, public health and awareness,
community education, hunger, literacy, or any issue that youth identify
as a community need. Award amounts are up to $500. Eligible applicants
include teachers, older youth (15-25), youth-leaders, and youth-serving
organizations that engage younger youth (5-14) in planning and
implementation.
Deadline: August 30, 2007
Please Note: The Center for Health and Health Care in Schools (CHHCS) does not administer this funding opportunity.
