William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund – Corinne G. Levin Educational Fund Grant (Connecticut)

The mission of the Levin Fund is to enhance access to and the quality of education for all children by supporting the creation and growth of partnerships between parents and educators. The Levin Fund is accepting proposals from diverse community and school groups servicing children at daycares, pre-schools, and kindergarteners through 8th graders. Preference is given to small projects that promote partnerships, build the capacity of teachers and parents regarding educational innovation, provide in-school educational resources for parents and improve education for young children.

The Levin Fund is open to all Connecticut parent, school, and community groups and non-profits working on behalf of education and children in Connecticut. Selected applicants will receive between $500 and $1,000.

Deadline: May 1, 2009

Please Note: The Center for Health and Health Care in Schools (CHHCS) does not administer this funding opportunity.
