The New York Community Trust provides funding for New York City nonprofit organizations that support issues ranging from children, youth and families to community development to health and people with special needs. Previous grantees include The Juvenile Justice Advocacy and Action Project, the Children’s Defense Fund of New York, the Mental Health Association and the North Shore-LIJ Health System Foundation.
Award amounts vary. Nonprofit organizations located in the five boroughs of New York City are eligible to apply.
