The American Heart Association/ American Stroke Association is seeking to fund community projects located and serving the New York City area that are furthering the goal of the organization by improving the heart health of youth.
Multiple awards of up to $25,000 will be awarded to selected applicants. Non-profit organizations within the five boroughs of New York City are eligible to apply.
Deadline: October 14, 2011
