Commonweal Foundation - Community Assistance Grants (Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland)
The Commonweal Foundation supports educational programs and projects assisting disadvantaged youth. The Foundation focuses on secondary and elementary education and is interested in helping organizations that implement strategies that foster partnership building.
Recipients are eligible to receive up to $25,000. Programs should be located in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia and have 501(c)(3) status. The Foundation considers requests for general operating and project specific support.
Deadline: February 1, 2010
