Center of Excellence in the Elimination of Disparities at Chicago - CEED/REACH U.S. Legacy Projects
CEED/REACH is looking to support projects aimed at reducing the burden and health determinants of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease formation in the Chicago community with the CEED/REACH U.S. Legacy Projects. CEED/REACH is looking for projects with a specific and strategic focus on promoting healthy eating and physical activity throughout the community. Finally, CEED/REACH aims to reduce these health outcomes in the African American and Hispanic/Latino communities.
Selected projects will receive an award amount between $15,000 and $20,000. Eligible applicants include organizations throughout the U.S.
