American Academy of Pediatrics – Community Access to Child Health (CATCH) Planning Funds Program
The Community Access to Child Health (CATCH) Planning Funds program supports projects that develop innovative, community-based initiatives that increase children’s access to medical homes or to specific health services not otherwise available. Programs applying for CATCH funds must lead to sustainable, community-based child health initiatives that increase access to care, especially for underserved children and for addressing health disparities among children.
Eligibility is limited to pediatricians. Selected applicants will receive between $2,500 and $12,000 to implement community activities. Resident CATCH grants are also available for up to $3,000.
