Illinois Children's Healthcare Foundation - Building System Capacity: Expanding Access to Oral Health Services (Illinois)
The Illinois Children's Healthcare Foundation is seeking proposals for projects designed to increase access to oral health care by establishing new services or expanding existing services. There are two awards available: Community Oral Health Planning Grants and Establishing New or Expanding Existing Oral Health Services Grants.

The maximum amount to be awarded for the Community Oral Health Planning Grants is $50,000. These grants will be for a period of 12 months.  The maximum amount to be awarded for Establishing New or Expanding Existing Oral Health Services Grants is up to $300,000 for capital expenditures and up to $100,000 for start-up funding for the first six months of services for a total of up to $400,000 per grantee. The award is open to anyone providing or interested in providing licensed, oral health services to children residing within the state of Illinois.
